Hospice General Manager for Middle Tennessee

Caris Healthcare is seeking an experienced General Manager for Middle TN with oversight of our Murfreesboro, Cookeville and Crossville region.  GM is a Senior Administrator for all branch locations within the region.  Ensures high quality care is provided for all patients/customers.  Organizes and directs the branch locations’ ongoing functions.  Develops and expands revenue performance and grows market share of the hospice to manage costs and represent our vision of providing World Class hospice services for the community.  Full profit and loss responsibility for region.

Three or more years of health care supervisory experience is required; preferably for hospice or home health care.  Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration or Business is required.  Must possess the knowledge and ability to manage the total operations of the hospice.
