HOSPICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

A national hospice service is seeking a qualified sales professional for the Lake Havasu and Parker Market.

The Professional Sales Representative, a key member of the hospice team, facilitates access to hospice care for patients and families in the community.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing professional relationships with hospitals, nursing facilities and physicians to increase utilization of hospice services
• Developing and implementing a strategic plan that results in effective account management and referral and census growth
• Developing clinical competence to communicate and promote hospice features and benefits to referral sources, patients and families

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in home health care, hospice or health services sales
• Clinical background, or ability to develop basic clinical competence, to effectively communicate with health care professionals
• Established relationships in Lake Havasu City, Parker, and surrounding areas a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Presentation skills required
