Hospital Administrator- We are looking for a strong Administrator to lead, organize, and provide oversight in our 39 bed LTAC Hospital to ensure that quality patient care is provided and that financial success is achieved.  Responsibilities include developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring coordination of the delivery of quality care & services.  Oversight of the day-to-day operations within the Hospital in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term acute care facilities.  Qualified candidate will have the ability to establish direction, coach employees, build commitment and have demonstrated knowledge of healthcare and hospital financial matters to achieve business development goals and results.  Masters Degree in Health Care Administration, MBA or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of successful progressive healthcare/hospital management experience required.
