Nearterm Corporation, a privately-held Texas corporation established to provide nationwide search and selection consultation exclusively to the Healthcare industry currently has an opportunity for a Hospital Director of Patient Access Services.

This position is located in the state of Louisiana for a 600-Bed Multi-Facility.

Hospital Director of Patient Access Services

Responsibilities are:

• Responsible for all Registration locations (including the ER), Pre-Registration, Insurance Verification, Up-front Collections, Pre-admit testing, and Centralized Scheduling.

• Proven track record with 5+ years management experience running a large hospital registration area and thorough knowledge of the Hospital Revenue Cycle area required.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Knowledge of Siemen’s Invision or Soarian Registration/Patient Accounting Systems a plus.

• The hospital system is at the beginning phase of implementation of registration system.
