Global leader in the medical device and critical care systems needs a sales professional to drive and grow the hospital based business in northern New Jersey (I195 North). Immediate focus is growth of current business base and development of new clients within the sales geography.
This position sells in the acute care hospital environment, with specific focus in OR selling to surgeons and support staffs. Two to three years of outside sales experience is minimum acceptable experience, with strong preference for successful individuals currently selling in the hospital venue, that are highly driven by commission achievement or clinicians/B2B wunderkinds wanting to make to move to hospital sales. A proven track record of consistently exceeding goals and being in the top 10% of the sales force is desired. Additionally, your strong work ethic will have demonstrated your ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Candidates must have 4-year degree.
Compensation is comprised of a base salary, and a monthly commission on sales. Realistic 1st year income expectation of $85K+ by meeting objectives. There is not cap on sales commissions, allowing for established reps to exceed $ 150K annually. Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Car allowance and operating expenses are provided. Normal and customary medical, dental, vision benefits are available as a W-2 employee of this market leader.
