district is currently seeking professional, energetic and

enthusiastic individuals for the following positions:

Food & Beverage Director 

Full Time; Shift varies and must be flexible. Must be able to speak, read, write & understand English. TABC Card Required. Responsibilities are to manage all aspects of Food & Beverage production and service for the hotel. Maintain Sunstone standards of Food & Beverage quality and guest service. Develop annual budget, monitor variances, track labor & related expenses and maintain inventory controls. Develop, implement and maintain local Food & Beverage marketing programs. Develop menu designs and concepts with Executive Chef and MSO Director of Food & Beverage. Responsible for the supervision of Food & Beverage management and staff. 3-5 years experience required.  

                                                                                              Sous Chef 

Full Time;  Shift varies and must be flexible. Must be able to speak, read, write & understand English. Responsible for coordinating & supervising all aspects of the kitchen, hotel’s food production while controlling food/labor costs, maintaining high products and service levels and maximizing guest satisfaction. 3-5 years experience required.

Concierge Floor Attendant

Full Time; Shift varies and must be flexible. Must be able to speak, read, write & understand English. TABC Card Required. Responsible for creating a welcoming first impression & providing current information about the local area. In addition, he/she must monitor food service on concierge floors and maintain inventory levels. Experience preferred.

Rooms PM Engineer

Full Time; Shift varies and must be flexible. Must be able to speak, read, write & understand English. Responsible for ensuring the property is maintained at the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to the guest and employees. Previous experience preferred.

Dishwasher

Full Time;  PM Shift and must be flexible. Must be able to speak, read, write & understand English. Responsible for cleanliness & proper storage of all glassware/silverware & ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. Experience preferred.

Room Attendants

Full Time; Shift varies and must be flexible. Must be able to speak, read, write & understand English. Responsible for cleaning 15-18 rooms within an 8-hour shift. Experience preferred.
