We are known as the fastest growing brand in the history of the lodging industry (we opened 140 locations in 36 months). Our concept is a cross between a hotel and an apartment; we are a new concept and operate in newly created niche - weekly/monthly hotel room rentals. With all of the turmoil in employment and housing foreclosures we have a product that is in high demand. Most locations have occupancy rates over 90%.

As the largest economy extended stay lodging franchise in the U.S. we currently operate 175 hotels in 30 states. By December 2012 we will open eight more locations (Richmond, VA; Raleigh, NC; Atlanta, GA; Washington DC; Williston, ND, Odessa, TX, Lake Charles, LA). By 2015 we plan to open another 50 locations, with goals to have 1000 locations nationwide by 2025. Our business model is much simpler than full service hotels; more closely aligned with apartment property management, i.e. weekly rentals only, limited front desk hours of service, no pool, no dining, etc. We seek to hire multi-unit managers, outside sales staff, property managers, front desk attendants, maintenance workers, housekeepers, security personnel and home office support staff.

Property Attendant 1
Works 6 AM - 3 PM, 5 days and every other Saturday- maintains, repairs, and cleans all guest rooms, and public spaces in accordance with the preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines Value Place CLEAN & SAFE. Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and repairing leaky spigots and faucets. Also performs preventative maintenance on hotel equipment as required and miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Responds to guest repair requests and completes routine landscaping and exterior maintenance, snow removal, etc. This job comes with a free studio apartment with phone, cable, and all utilities paid.


Property Attendant 2
Works 10 AM - 6 PM- 5 days and every other Saturday- performs heavy housekeeping duties in guest rooms, and public spaces as required, including flipping mattresses, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, deep cleaning carpet, laundry, cleaning bathrooms, sanitizes all common surfaces, counters, refrigerator and ensures all appliances are in working order. Also maintains public spaces including mopping stairs, trash removal, and cleaning public restroom. This job comes with a free studio apartment with phone, cable, and all utilities paid.

Studio Attendant
Works 9 AM- 3 PM - 25 hours per week- this position performs light housekeeping duties in guest rooms: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, etc. Also cleans windows, folds laundry.

Safety Attendant
Works appox. 20 hours a week, nights and weekends - checks guests into hotel after front desk closed, performs routine inspections of parking lot, exterior doors, stairwells, and hallways. Typically is the first responder to emergency situations in the hotel which require police, fire, or EMS personnel. This job comes with a free studio apartment with phone, cable, and all utilities paid.

Guest Attendant
Work approx. 20 hours per week, from 10 AM until 6 PM. Works as a front desk clerk, checks guests in and out of hotel, takes payments, shows rooms to potential guests, answers the phone, operates the cash drawer; will perform additional routine cleaning and laundry duties as required.

These jobs require personnel to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
