Value Place HotelsRoom to Grow

We are known as the fastest growing brand in the history of the lodging industry (we opened 140 locations in 36 months). Our concept is a cross between a hotel and an apartment- we only rent rooms by the week. Our product is in high demand by business travelers and those who life’s circumstances cause them to need an extended stay hotel. Most locations have occupancy rates 20-25% greater than competitors.

As the largest economy extended stay lodging franchise in the U.S. we currently operate over 180 hotels in more than 30 states. By December 2016 we have plans to open another 125 locations, with goals to have 1,000 locations nationwide. Our property management company is ranked in the top 20 largest company owned PMCs with locations throughout the U.S.

Property managers like our business model because it much simpler than full service hotels; more closely aligned with apartment property management, i.e. limited guest service requirements, limited front desk hours, no pool, no food service, etc. The typical hotel employs a staff of 5-6 employees plus the manager.

We seek to hire a wide variety of people. Our staffing needs include home office and field positions in real estate development, construction, hotel operations, franchise sales, marketing and national sales, accounting, finance, and legal. At the property level we seek multi-unit managers, property managers, and assistant property managers. The hotels hire front desk staff, maintenance workers, housekeepers, and security personnel. We offer Growth, Stability, Career Advancement, plus personalized Training and Personal Development Plans. Our salaries, bonus and benefits package is competitive. We deliver on our promise of fast track training programs for military veterans or those with prior property maintenance or management experience.

Our culture is performance based…we work hard and we play hard, but we respect the balance between personal life and work life, offering truly equal opportunity and advancement based on merit. We operate with fewer but better people.

If working in a high performance, rapidly growing, company who takes care of their employees so that they will take care of the customer sounds like a place you would like to work don't let this opportunity pass you by. EOE, Hire a Hero Employer
