Keeping our residents' rooms and community areas sparkling clean and sanitary is so important to Kindred, to our nurses, our doctors, and to all of us.



Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize residents' rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms and other areas of the facility as required

  • Mix and use cleaning solutions safely; store them in a secure area

  • Label and remove infectious waste bags and containers

  • Perform other tasks as assigned

  • Must be able to read/write/speak English, be patient and polite. Should have knowledge of infection control techniques. Effective communication with residents, their families and the facility staff is important. A High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
