Housing Case Manager
Screen clients for service eligibility by providing comprehensive client assessment, developing services and rapid re-housingplans, conducting housing searches to include taking families to view units, and offering ongoing case management services.
Associate?s with 3 years? related experience or Bachelor?s with 1 year?s related experience required. Must have effective
client interview and case management skills, knowledge of affordable housing resources, valid driver?s license, and vehicle.
