Vacant Position Specifications

Position Summary:

To provide Human Capital and Organization Development support and subject matter expertise to Hudson Advisors Portfolio Management Team.  Includes the planning, implementation and execution of effective recruiting, performance management, and training programs. Continuously evaluate organization design and structure to align to the business’ goals. Lead communications strategy and implementation for the organization.  Act as a coach and resource for the management team.  Work in conjunction with Human Capital team to support Hudson’s business objectives by providing integrated, solution focused HR/OD programs in Dallas and other locations as required.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Masters in OD strongly preferred

·         10+ years of progressive Human Resources / OD generalist experience

·         Prior experience in investment banking and/or financial services a plus

·         Demonstrated ability to create and implement leadership development programs

·         Demonstrated ability to build and implement client specific solutions

·         Ability to have difficult, constructive conversations

·         Ability to think strategically, tactically, operationally, and creatively

·         Ability to drive and manage execution

·         Self-starter with the ability to multi-task

·         Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

·         Excellent coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop others

·         Must display a flexible attitude and have the ability to manage change effectively

·         Must be team-oriented and self-directed

·         Must have proven success in a fast-paced corporate environment

·         Collaborative style with an ability to be firm when the situation calls for it

·         Willingness to get the job done – even when extra time/effort are required

·         Due diligence experience

·         Some travel – approximately 20%  (this will ebb and flow)
