Human Factors Specialist
Specific skills include:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Defines research methodology and conducts human factors research.
- Work with the designers and the product team to develop, design and execute design, data collection, analysis, and translate findings and implications into actionable recommendations for a diverse product team.
- Requires a current Secret or Top Secret clearance.
