Must be able to work out of their North New Jersey office.

Responsibilities

• Have a background from an engineering, construction, or real estate development company.
• At least 5 years in a HR Manager or Director role.
• Must be very familiar with all Human Resource duties.
• Must have a good management background.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.  MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task is a must!
