Human Resource Administrative Assistant – Temp to Perm

Excellent opportunity to join a non profit organization in Boston as a Human Resource Assistant. The HR Assistant will work on a small team and be responsible for the cobra process and posting jobs. Will assist the Manager of HR with coordinating candidate interviews, benefits administration, on boarding new hires, and tracking human resources policies and procedures. The Assistant will also handle some daily administrative tasks; answer phones, pull reports and sort data.

 

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience. Should have an understanding of FMLA, COBRA and Benefits. Knowledge of ADP payroll system is a plus. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong salary, bonus and excellent benefits package. This is a temp to perm positions. Permanent salary will be $40K.
