Unit Summary: Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, Oklahoma is a P&L food & beverage account managed by the Delaware North Gaming Hospitality Group. The new facility scheduled to open in February 2010, will feature over 3,000 gaming machines, 40 table games, a poker room and a 330 room, four star level hotel. Your Role: Recruitment including interviewing, hiring, extending offers and processing new hire paperwork. Administration of payroll/timekeeping. Administration of Benefits including Workers Compensation and FMLA.
Our Expectations: Qualified associates must have: High School Diploma or equivalent education; some college preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in the HR field. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Applied knowledge of HR and employment laws. The ability to obtain a Choctaw Gaming License.
