As a member of the HR Leadership Team for the Center for Disability Services, the Human Resource Generalist/Manager supports the mission of the agency and program objectives of a large government-funded agency through hands-on and strategic HR work.

Responsibilities:

Confidence, ability to reason through complex problems and make decisions, strong employee relations experience, knowledge of compensation plans, proven success managing staff and multiple priorities.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, 7 years Human Resource experience, ideally some in long-term care health services. Master's degree or SPHR Certification a plus.
