Human Resources Intern

Based in Springfield, Tennessee (25 minutes north of downtown Nashville), our Automotive Products Group (APG) is focused on providing customized motion solutions for all major automotive applications. APG has 3 business units focused to support the major automotive segments of powertrain, body and chassis.

The Human Resource Department in our Springfield, Tennessee facility has an outstanding opportunity for a Human Resource Intern. The successful candidate will assist the HR organization in the areas of Safety, Training, Recruiting, Benefits and Employee Relations. This position may also get involved with special projects within any of these functional areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.


• 3.0 GPA minimum.


• Must currently be enrolled in a B.S. program.


• Must be graduating in Spring/Summer 2010.


• Ability to work Part-Time (24 hours/week).


• Must be available to start immediately.
