A large food processing company is seeking a Manager of Human Resources for a union manufacturing facility in Ohio. This position will be responsible for Human Resources of the plant, and includes supervision of all the HR staff and the administration of all the functions of HR management such as labor relations, grievances and arbitrations, training / development, recruitment, safety, medical/workers’ compensation, benefits / insurances, the employment process, admin/compliance of state and federal regulations, risk management, AAP/EOE, security, etc.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 7+ years of related HR generalist management experience in manufacturing environments and a minimum of a Masters Degree. Candidate with a Law Degree Prefered with consideration given for lesser experience. Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) a plus.
