Human Resource Manager

A leading processor of high quality food products is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager for an exciting role.​  This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well respected organization noted for their exceptional quality and service.  Responsibilities, with your HR team, include recruiting, training, benefits administration, payroll, safety, organizational development, departmental succession planning, reviews, corrective action, federal and state legislation governing all personnel matters, and policy and procedure development.  They will also work closely with corporate HR.

Qualifications required for this position:

Bachelors Degree Minimum, Masters Preferred

Managerial level HR responsibility in a union manufacturing plant.

Contract negotiation experience. 

Experience in Food Manufacturing strongly preferred.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing implementation, team development and process improvement techniques.

Experience using Key Performance Indicators, Metrics and formal training systems in HR

Stable and Demonstrated successes as an HR Manager

Experience as a tactical change agent. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A keen desire to wear many hats and interface directly with the team members.

Plant production experience strongly preferred.
