Join our collaborative team to provide targeted support as we service our clients in the all functional areas of Human Resources, which may include some or all of the following: reception, handbook development, client consultation on policies and procedures, personnel records administration, job evaluation, performance management, benefits and compensation administration, HRIS support and training.
The ideal candidate will possess a 4 year degree in Human Resources or other related field, with five to seven years in an HR Manager role. Must have knowledge of commonly used HR concepts, practices, and procedures, technical knowledge of HR issues, benefits and multi-state employment regulations.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer focused environment, have the ability to juggle multiple priorities, work independently, be proactive, solve problems and take initiative, possess effective written and verbal skills and demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, you will succeed in our organization.
