RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Supports multiple client groups / facilities
- Cultivates and maintains a productive business partner relationship with client group(s)
- Exercises confidentiality and demonstrates a strong, neutral Human Resources perspective in all interactions
- Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relations and a problem-solving approach in all situations
- Handles confidential HR functions exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
- Gathers, develops and interprets data and makes recommendations on appropriate actions for the client group(s), e.g., survey results
- Executes and implements change initiatives and understands how they align with goals and strategies action
- Collaborates with Partners and management to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations
- Performs Partner relations activities
- Facilitates and / or provides corporate training, management / leadership programs, certification programs and compliance
- Gathers, develops and interprets data and makes recommendations on appropriate actions for the client group(s), e.g., survey results
- Executes and implements change initiatives and understands how they align with goals and strategies
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related field or comparable experience or comparable experience
- 3-5 yrs Experience in Human Resources or related retail experience
- PHR certification preferred
- Intermediate PC Skills
- Knowledge of Business Operations Communication and presentation skills
- HR or related field comparable experience
- Knowledge of Labor Relations
- Human Resource Information System (HRIS) experience
- Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
- Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays
- Work extended hours
