Human Resource Manager

 Growing restaurant company with 2300 + employees is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to develop and direct the human resource function for the organization. This is a great opportunity to get on the ground floor with a fun and growing company. The sucessfull candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in human resources. This experience should include, among other things, creating best practices and policy issues for a growing company. Should be knowledgeable on all employment law and compliance issues to include areas of discrimination and sexual harassment.

 The candidate should have experience in developing training programs, hiring, counseling, terminating and recruiting techniques.
