We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to work four days per week at our Minneapolis location.
As the Human Resource Manager you will:
Manage the organization’s human capital needs and foster a strong organizational culture. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Full-cycle talent acquisition and management (direct hires and sub-contractors) including the management of vendor relationships to support recruiting

Assess training and development needs; facilitate development of individual training plans consistent with organization and professional goals. Acquire training resources as needed. Evaluate success of training and development programs

Manage annual performance management and merit increase process

Manage employee compensation structure and guidelines
-
Facilitate employee on and off boarding
-
Manage and facilitate semi-monthly payroll
-
Manage and facilitate employee benefits
-
Provide fair and consistent application of company policies and ensure employee knowledge of same

Maintain accurate employee files including performance evaluations and training records
-
Ensure compliance of federal/state and local regulations

Provide project management, reporting and analysis to partners and other employees as needed
Qualifications:
-
Five or more years of Human Resource Management or Generalist experience
-
HRM experience in a consulting or professional services environment preferred
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; PHR or SPHR certification preferred

Ability to develop long-term plans and programs and to evaluate work accomplishments

Knowledge of payroll systems – Ceridian preferred

Experience in benefits administration

Excellent reasoning and analytical skills and exceptional oral and written communication skills required

MS Office Suites proficiency such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Organize work and schedule efficiently and effectively under minimal supervision

Ability to develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships at all levels
