JobTarget, a successful 50-person Career Services Software company, is looking for a Human Resource Manager to lead all HR related initiatives in the company. Candidates must be creative, versatile, motivated, and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. You will play an integral role in helping us build the world’s largest network of job websites.

Responsibilities:

• Solely manage the Human Resources department. This includes but is not limited to: planning and development, recruitment and selection, benefits and compensation, safety and health, payroll, training, and employee relations
• For Operations, manage space planning, maintenance and facilities, parking, and office supplies, and support financial operations such as expense reports, tax reporting, accounting, and billing

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is required
• PHR or SPHR certification is required, MBA preferred
• 3 - 5 years of prior HR generalist experience required
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities at one time
• Well-versed, trained and educated in HR Law
