HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER-PA 

LETICA CORPORATION, a manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team in Pittston, Pennsylvania. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Payroll processing
• Pre screening and hiring of hourly employees
• Attendance policy and workers compensation administration
• Internal investigations-WC, sexual harassment, discrimination etc.
• Employee counseling/warnings/terminations
• All other related Human Resource functions
• Must be willing to perform work in a team environment - adhering to all attendance and safety rules, regulations and equipment requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum three years experience in the Human Resource Generalist capacity
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment or similar industry
