National wood products manufacturing company seeking a Human Resource professional:

• Bilingual (English/ Spanish)


• High School Diploma required.  Additional training/ education a plus.


• Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of human resources generalist experience.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.


• Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.


• Flexibility to handle multiple projects and high volume of work; expertise with prioritization.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Excellent organization and administrative skills.


• Provide training to management and employees to ensure compliance with company policies.
