Primary Responsibilities:
Leave of Absence Administration
including but not limited to:
Employee eligibility—hours worked calculation, Federal guidelines and Collective Bargaining Agreement requirements
FMLA approvals denials, case management, return to work
Personal LOA’s according to current Collective Bargaining Agreement
Short Term Disability administration; calculation of pay voucher
Salary Continuance program for salaried employees
Tracking time off
Time Sheet Approval
Worker’s Compensation Administration
Filing: Court Rulings, Restrictions, RTW, Appeals
Injury Report communication with TPA, SRS
Metrics calculations and spreadsheet
Case management for Lost Time Claims
Secondary Responsibilities:
Communication with Department Management and scheduling team regarding any reason any employee may be away from his/her job: ie… attendance, WC, FMLA, LOA, STD, LTD,
Required Knowledge and Skills:
FMLA guidelines
Ohio/Federal employment guidelines
Strong Communication skills (MS Office)
Excellent Customer Service capabilities
