A national professional investigation company is seeking a recruiter/trainer/administrator to interview, and recommend for selection qualified candidates for a variety of positions in the firm and to assist in training all new employees. Duties would include:
- recruiting applicants nationwide for vacanies within the company, including field investigators and office personnel
- conducting initial telephone interviews with potentially qualified applicants
- scheduling personal interviews between management personnel and candidates
- performing appropriate background checks and testing on applicants
- developing and implementing training procedures for new hires and incumbents
- handling state by state licensing for the company and employees
- administering benefits programs as required.
This position offers flexible hours (30-40 hours per week) at our office in Carnegie, PA.
