Volt Workforce Solutions in Costa Mesa is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Assistant for an excellent temp-to-hire employment opportunity in the city of Irvine. The successful candidate in this high profile role will be supporting the Director of HR. The primary responsibilities are comprised of providing support by coordinating all necessary paperwork, reviewing documents for accuracy, maintaining records, entering and scanning resumes into the applicant tracking system, handling drug screen follow-up documentation, administering new hire paperwork, and frequent handling of confidential information and materials. If you are a sharp and enthusiastic professional, who possesses the stated qualifications, and the desire to add your distinctive talents to one of Orange County's finest employers, we are eager to hear from you!

Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is a prerequisite, preferably within the compensation and recruiting areas of Human Resources. Prior applicant tracking experience is a plus. Must possess the professional discipline to handle confidential information and materials. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge is needed. This individual must be very detail oriented, and able to effectively prioritize and multi-task. A High School diploma is required and a College degree is preferred.
