Currently, Cone seeks an organized, bright, responsive and committed Human Resources professional with 1-3 years of experience to execute and support various critical Human Resources functions for the agency in the role of Human Resources Associate.   

The Human Resources Associate will work closely alongside the Human Resources Director to provide best-in-class HR service in the areas of Benefits, Recruiting, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Event Planning, Award Program and more.

The ideal candidate will have:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         1-3 years of human resources experience with a sound Generalist foundation

·         Experience in an agency environment or professional services organization (preferred)

·         Solid listening, verbal and written communications skills

·         Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills including expert level MS Office ability
