Human Resources Clerical Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

 

  • Provide administrative support to the Directors and Managers of Global HR Technology and Services.
  • Provide administrative and functional support to the HR Services and GHRT teams as needed.
  • Maintains and updates Budget for GHRT and Services.
  • Responds to Employment Verifications for Public and Private Agencies and vendors.
  • Coordinates mailings for HR Services including the daily process for leaves of absence packets and various and ad hoc mailings throughout the year.
  • Arranges for meetings, special events, programs and conferences including preparation of agendas, presentations and related materials.
  • Manages travel arrangements for GHRT and Services personnel, including all transportation and lodging, and monitoring compliance to department and company travel & expense guidelines.
  • Orders office supplies, computer and office equipment.
  • Ensures all new hires have system access and appropriate equipment, supplies, etc.
  • Administrative duties including typing, sorting, distributing documents and copying.
  • Maintains confidential files.
  • Assist in the resolution of internal and external customer service issues.
  • Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers
  • Invoice processing

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Requires advanced PC skills such as Microsoft Excel. Word, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to focus on details.
  • Must possess superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
  • Must have a great attitude, be highly flexible and motivated
