General requirements include: assisting in national recruiting efforts for both stores and corporate departments; partnering with benefits team on monthly billing and administration process; assisting with employee relations issues; processing new hire and termination paperwork; liaising with business partners on company-wide policies, projects and initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for an HR professional training to be a generalist.
Ideal candidates will have: 2-3 years HR administration experience from a retail organization; strong written and verbal communication; ability to multi task in a fast paced environment; strong computer skills; ability to learn new systems for implementation and processing; flexible.
