Human Resources Director / Consultant

About the Job

Flex HR, Inc is looking for a Human Resources Executive with full scope of Generalist responsibilities in the Atlanta Area for a very well known Global company. Main focus will be on Employee Relations, Compensation Packages, Employee Performance reviews, Talent acquisitions and must be able to maintain consulting practices to all levels of VP’s and Director. The candidate needs to be hands on and very proactive to play a key role for this position. 


 


Important: We are looking for candidates that have past experience in the Medical, FDA,  Regulatory and Calibration Industries.


 


Interim Assignment: This position is a 6-12 month contract assignment with the potential to go Fulltime with the right candidate.


 


RESPONSIBLITIES:


 


·       Ensure that the operating group(s) have the human resource support necessary for execution of The Company’s operating plan globally for corporate departments.


·       Determine the strategic goals of these departments and align the HR initiatives to meet those goals


·       Develop process and procedures to align the HR Center of Excellence matrix organization with the Company’s structure


·       Aligns the Company’s management team to define and instill common human resource core values across these groups.


·       Ensure that the human resource environment is compatible with national norms and expectations on a global basis.  Embrace effective style differences in the international organization.


·       Define and achieve functional excellence in human resource support programs.


·       Promote constructive working relationships between The Company’s employees at all levels of interaction.


·       Benchmark the human resource function and implement a continuous improvement program.  Constantly find, modify, and implement human resources best practices.


 


QUALIFICATIONS:


·       Interpersonal skills, integrity, relationship skills and proven ability to lead others.


·       Work experience in the matrix shared services arena with a plus for implementing a large division into the fold


·       Excellent understanding of organizations and organizational dynamics.


·       Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.


·       Proven decision-making ability.


 


 


REQUIREMENTS: 


 


·       BA Degree in Business Management or Human Resources discipline.  Masters would be considered a plus. SPHR Preferred.


·       10+ Years experience in the Human Resources field preferred Executive level.


·       Minimum of 5+ years at the head Human Resources position at a Corporate Division level.


·       Strong Webb based experience with MS Office Package.


·       Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Reviews, Compensation packages, Policy and Procedures.


·       Complete understanding of management styles, legal, and employment issues globally.


·       Strong Business sense and understanding of business operations
