Performs a variety of administration/professional human resource functions in areas such as recruitment; compensation; employee relations; training and development; EEO/Affirmative Action; and benefits administration. Responsible for completion of human resources related projects. May advise management of corporate personnel practices, policies, and procedures; and make recommendations for change of corporate personnel practices, policies, and procedures.
3+ years of Generalist/HR Business Partner experience, strong employee relations, good written and oral communication skills. Ability to multitask and work with various groups. Bachelors degree, PHR would be a plus!
