Human Resources Generalist
About the Job
Handle the Human Resources generalist activities at a growing manufacturing facility in Kansas City. Duties include union labor relations (grievances), processing unemployment claims, recruiting, administering benefit programs, EEO activities, and other HR generalist activities as required.
Experience working with labor unions, a four year degree and at least four years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing company, is required.
