A large logistic company is looking for a Human resources generalist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
-Performed expertise in communicating with Directors and employees regarding HR issues in the employment relationship.
-Ensures compliance with federal and state law in areas including OSHA, FEHA, EDD, ADA and other laws and regulations.
-Investigates all accidents, take necessary procedures including documentaion, reporting, filing, etc.
-Coordinating and organizing up coming corporate events and activities and other duties requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
In order to perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to deliver the following.
-Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
-Must have excellent verbal and written skills and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to maintain objectivity and deliver a positive team environment.
-Must be comfortable working under warehouse environment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
-Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the general administration and Human Resources experiences.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
-PC (Word and Excel) are required.
