Human Resources Generalist







Elizabeth Arden is a global prestige beauty products company with an impressive portfolio of prestige beauty brands. We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our team. The position will be based in New York City and Stamford, CT, and the ideal candidate must be flexible to work in both locations each week.

Reporting to the Director of HR, the Generalist will provide a full range of value added HR services to assigned client groups. Areas of key focus will include, but are not limited to talent acquisition and management, employee relations, coaching managers and employees, job evaluation, organizational development/design, performance management, on boarding and the administration of the compensation process.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and have 4 - 7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably with a CPG company, ideally having supported Innovation, Supply Chain, IT, and Sales.


 


A Bachelors degree, an excellent track record in talent acquisition and management, employee relations, performance management, and proficiency in Microsoft office are required. Previous experience in compensation and/or benefits is a plus.
