HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Harris Connect, the leader of the Directory/Membership publishing industry, is enjoying a record-setting 2009, and is seeking a Generalist to join its respected Human Resources team. This is a contract position that could lead to full time employment. This opportunity is located in Chesapeake, VA or San Antonio, TX. Your initial assignment will be in recruiting, but your responsibilities will also include employee relations, HR policy and administration, and training.
To qualify, you must have 1-3 years of HR experience in the areas listed above, outstanding computer skills including Excel, Word, and Power Point, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study. You also must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, and schedule flexibility. Our environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, with an emphasis on partnering with the internal clients we serve.
