Thriving service-oriented company in Central Valley-CA is looking for an HR Generalist to provide human resource support activities within the company.  The HR Generalist will provide assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, compliance, benefits, recruiting, training, and safety. 


 


The Human Resources (HR) Generalist will coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through the Management Team, and will seek to assist and advise company Directors about human resource issues.


 


This support position will assist with job postings, applicant resume screening, and skill evaluation to make recommendations regarding applicant qualifications and possible match to job openings.  The HR Generalist will maintain and update the company’s salary structure, job description, and job evaluation systems, and complete salary survey questionnaires.  This position will be responsible for the posting and follow up of on-line, newspaper, or other advertising sources in recruiting efforts, coordinate and forward applicant information to applicable departments for review, schedule interviews, compose and distribute job offer letters, and do with new employee orientations.


 


The HR Generalist will coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries in addition to developing and maintaining human recourse data bases, software systems, and manual filing systems.  The HR Generalist may be required to do specific research and investigation into operational issues, safety, welfare, wellness, and health issues.  This position may also be involved in setting up organizational development, a system for employee communication issues, and take responsibility to maintain compliance and address any regulatory concerns and reporting needs.


 


Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines; federal and state employment and benefit laws, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and provide recommendations is necessary.  Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of experience in human resources is strongly desirable.  Please email resume and letter of interest to dhatch@mbt4schools.com
