St. Claire Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated candidate for a high volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment to fill Manager, Employee Recruitment & Relations role.
Responsibilities include:
· Policies, procedures & program development and implementation
· Recruitment activities including credentialing/background checks
· Staff relations
· Joint Commission compliance
Qualifications Include:
· Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field with a minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources and at least five years of management experience.
· Aware of current HR best practices - with experience & capability of effectively implementing them within organization.
· Strong working knowledge and demonstrated skills in leadership development, management coaching, employee counseling, and employee relations.
· High-Level knowledge of Microsoft Office software and HRIS/Database applications
· Creative & innovative problem-solving skills
· Collaborative team player that demonstrates a high energy level, a great tolerance for change, and the ability to effectively communicate & collaborate at all organizational levels.
· Healthcare experience and experience with recruitment are desirable
