Position is with a fortune 250 company business unit location in suburb of Chicago. Good location for candidates who now work in SE Chicago, the suburbs of Chicago, even SE WI plus the greater Chicagoland area.
SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR: the management of the full range of HR functions for this large union free operation. Generalist and Talent Management responsibilities are in the focus. Good steps ahead for the person who lands this position because of the well developed succession planning of the company.
ADVANCEMENT POTENTIAL is known to be good. This client seeks to employ persons who are driven to move up to higher executive responsibilities at business unit and division locations.
COMPENSATION - 100K + BONUS
POSITION REQUIRES: at least a four year degree and approximately 5 years to 10 years+ of experience in HR Management with progressively successful experience. This company seeks high potential candidates who are seeking to advance their career.
