Salary: $75,000 to $82,000
1st Year Annual Bonus- 10%

Requirements (resumes must show these in order to receive consideration):
- Currently reside in the United States and must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Have experience responsibilities in a Human Resources management role.
- Have a minimum of 5 years in Human Resources management.
- Your current (or most recent) employment role must be in an HR management role.
- MUST have a completed 4-year degree in ANY college degree major, a minimum of a 4-year college degree is a requirement for this client for this role.
- Must have a 'generalized' human resources background
- Experience with Employee Relations, Employee Development and Recruiting (resumes should show this in order to be considered)
- Must have excellent skills with conflict resolution
- Have very good computer skills
- Have a team-oriented, collaborative management style]
- Show obvious enthusiasm
- Have Excellent Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written
