Human Resources Manager
Our client, located in the state of Iowa, is looking for an experienced HR professional with solid experience in a unionized, manufacturing environment. Ideal candidate will have more than 7 years experience in a Human Resources role and will have strong labor relations background.
Responsibilities
* Provide HR support for 250+ employees, handling all employee relations matters as well as policy and procedure interpretation and implementation.
* Candidate will manage the labor relations function, including coaching, counseling, and contract issues.
* Involved in recruitment and selection of qualified talent.
* Various HR related functions.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree
* Minimum 7 years experience in a human resources related position, including solid employee relations and labor relations background.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with union officials.
* We are looking for someone who wants to join a solid company, in a long term Human Resources role.
