Human Resources Manager

Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager is the HR Generalist partner for the Fashion Bug organization.  In this generalist role, the HR Manager provides support and direction in the areas of employee relations, performance management, recruitment/talent/succession management, skills development, compensation administration and benefits administration.



Key Responsibilities:

·    Foster strong working relationships with business partners to effectively provide guidance on HR practice and compliance.

·    Develop and deliver strong HR strategy to provide effective HR programs, practices and initiatives to support business priorities and performance.

·    Drive consistent compliance to labor law, HR practices, company processes and guidelines.

·    Investigate and resolve associate relations concerns, provide coaching to associates and recommend appropriate corrective action.

·    Provide networking and recruiting support to assist in the attraction, selection and retention of top talent.

·    Coach and support business leaders on performance management practices and administration to drive a performance-driven culture.

·    Serve as associate communications leader:  design and deliver effective communication methods and vehicles to educate our leaders and associates on company, brand and legal compliance issues, concerns and updates.

·    Provide strong tools and education to develop and support a strong succession planning program and process.

·    Research, diagnose and provide appropriate intervention for skills and performance gaps.

·    Proven change leader who can provide support and tools to the organization for embracing appropriate change.

·    HR project lead and coordinator for brand-specific and Charming-wide projects and initiatives.
