The position of Human Resources manager provides our firm with efficient day-to-day management of an office of approximately 40 individuals. The position will report directly to senior management and have firm-wide responsibility for Human Resources. The Human Resources Manager general responsibilities include:
· Coordinate all personnel interviewing, hiring, new employee orientations, performance reviews, salary and bonus reviews, and terminations.
· Maintain positive employee relations and manage the conflict resolution process.
· Maintain company employee-related policies, communicate employee benefit programs, and monitor adherence to those policies.
· Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state requirements.
· Work directly with senior management concerning opportunities to improve employee production, communication, and the quality of the overall working environment.
· Direct managerial responsibilities for administrative staff, along with more general oversight and coordination of other departments.
· General facility management, including but not limited to oversight of various vendor contracts, supervision of petty cash, and general office supply control.
Qualifications for the position include: minimum 6 years related work experience, Bachelor’s degree, attention to detail, strong prioritization and time management skills, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
