Due to our business expansion, we are seeking high calibre and dedicated professionals to join us in a dynamic and challenging environment as Human Resources Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, motivate, manage and develop the HR Support Services function
Lead HR team to deliver world class HR support and services to the business
Deliver high quality HR Operational services that are efficient and effective from a business perspective.
Provide advice and support to the Business Unit in areas of communication on policies, practices and processes,
Ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services.
Manage vendors and other stakeholders with regards to timely and quality HR service.
Managing other operational support functions like recruitment, on-boarding, termination activities, international mobility etc and ensuring risk control measures are in place under these functions
Provide timely and effective HR advise to business on long and short term strategies
Develop people plan and strategy and implement it across different business and functions
Support business and functions by providing tools, process and policies in regard to talent management, training & development, compensation & rewards, employment regulations, recruitment and performance management
QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Degree in HR or a related discipline
12 – 15 years of relevant experience out of which 4 – 5 years should be in leadership role
Demonstrated experience in HR process, policy, systems
Ability to deliver demanding business objectives and goals
Demonstrated leadership capabilities particularly around coaching and development planning and talent management.
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good project management, influencing, interpersonal, analysis, problem solving and diagnostic skills.
Demonstrated experience in the trading or financial industry in leadership role
Verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin an added advantage
