Company is searching for a Human Resources Manager for a Sales and Distribution environment. Candidates should align HR objectives and initiatives to the business strategy.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Plan and fulfill all staffing requirements; lead employee communication efforts.
- Provide strategic and tactical HR generalist support to the leadership team and employees.
- Drive human resource compliance and ensure standardization and consistency of HR practices and policies.
- Counsel associates regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to HR quality improvement initiatives.
- Design, implement and administer special projects in support of company goals and competitive practices.
- Define, deploy and implement Human Resources (HR) policies and practices in a proactive manner to support overall strategic direction. Responsible for the effective execution of HR processes.
- Lead and facilitate change initiatives through the use of HR consultation skills. Advise and counsel managers on a variety of topics to optimize employee engagement, team development and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiencies. Develop action plans to address identified issues.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policy and general employment issues both tactical and strategic
Requirements are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources. Master's Degree is preferred.
