A leading distributor of fresh cut flowers is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their  reputable company based in Miami, Florida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for: managing employee relations, recruiting, training, and analyzing compensation & benefits. On a larger scale, the HR Manager will be responsible for: leadership development and planning, project coordination, and cost analysis for the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Manager is an integral individual for the company's future success and reports directly to the President.

Requirements:
Bachelors' Degree plus 5 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years at a Manager level. Master's Degree and a PHR certification is highly desirable. Strong communication, management, and presentation skills are required. Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong computer skills are also required for the position. Good knowledge of state/federal laws (COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, etc.). Strong leadership, mentoring and interpersonal skills.
