Senture is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager. The Recruitment Manager would be responsible for the strategy for recruiting and on-board a large number of employees. This position is responsible for administering the development and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures, as well as the coordination of staff, for accomplishing human resource goals and objectives. Specific job responsibilities include:
Develops and administers recruitment and onboarding plan for the location. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems and recommends necessary changes.
Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career pathing program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing; writes and places advertisements.
Using knowledge of job requirements, valid selection processes and equal employment practices, maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning recruitment, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and performance appraisals.
Analyzes statistical data and reports concerning all aspects of the employment function to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop and present recommendations for improvement of employment policies, processes, and practices.
Provides advice and guidance to managers concerning employees, employment programs, issues and actions that affect the achievement of goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and five or more years of professional experience in relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Thorough knowledge of and ability to apply federal, state, and local legislation concerning employment matters.
Ability to develop, recommend, and implement effective and defensible programs to achieve company and EEO goals.
Ability to organize and analyze statistical data and prepare comprehensive reports and possess effective communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to operate a PC, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and HR-specific software.
