About the Job

New Brunswick based community bank with deposits over $500 million is currently recruiting for a strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee the HR function including payroll, benefits, compensation and employee relations for an employee population of 100.

 

The candidate must possess a strong HR Generalist background with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage employee relations issues and provide strategic HR counsel to the Senior Leadership Team.  Experience with ADP products including EZLabor, PayExpert and HRB is preferred.
